With help of excellent Sony a6500 and temporary available outstanding Sony FE 85mm F1.4 G lens with 10mm macro tube.
RAW images preprocessed and masked in CameraRAW/Photoshop.
Processed tiff (RGB+alpha mask) give perfect, without any issues RAW 41Mln mesh, that i decimated to 8Mln and textured in RealityCapture.
8Mln mesh decimated with quadric edge error decimation in Meshlab with 50% step to ~300K poly first.
This 300K mesh i smoothed small micro-pits on some parts of surfect with Fill tool in mesh sculpting mode in 3D-Coat. That was required to cheat decimation algorithm, or it will try to preserve this micro details.
Again import this mesh to MeshLab and decimate with 50% step to 30K poly.
Manually UV unwrap with UV Path tool in 3D-Coat.
Perfectly Pack UVs in Blender with UVPackMaster Pro.
And bake diffuse/albedo, normal, AO, etc. maps in xNormal from 8Mln mesh to this 30K UVed model.
Delight, color adjust, etc. in Photoshop.
Render in Marmoset.
